Classic Marshall Tone with ceramic punch
12", 40oz Ceramic magnet, 15, 30, 50, 75, or 100 watts, 1-3/4" voice coil, ribbed cone.
Bold, big low end, more headroom than the AlNiCo version. Reminiscent of the classic Marshall stack tone.

Also available with Weber's Hemp cone, which is a smoother, darker tone, with less attack (great for taming treble).

As with all Weber speakers, the higher the power rating, the warmer and smoother the speaker. The 15 watt is aggressive, bright, with a complex and textured midrange and upper midrange bite. At the other end, the 100 watt is warm, smooth, yet is detailed and clear with very good definition. As with the Blue Dog, the 75 and 100 watt models use very high temperature voice coils that are the same weight and mass as the lower power voice coils. That assures good attack and a broad frequency response due to the low weight and mass of the voice coil assembly.

Try pairing this with a Blue Dog in a 2x12 combination. Great low end from the Silver Bell, while retaining clarity and definition from the Blue Dog. (or a pair of each in a 4x12)

A couple of years ago, I replaced the stock speaker in my Fender Deluxe Reverb (RI) with your 12F150 and I have been very pleased with its performance... Recently, I finished building my first tube amp and extension speaker cabinet. For this, I decided to go with the 12" Silver Bell (ceramic) which I received and installed this past Saturday... It sounds amazing! It is the best sounding speaker I have ever played! - regardless of price or vintage. Thank you for making such an inspired and inspiring product. Wade Kolata -- Minneapolis, MN

Just wanted to let you guys know I got the speakers & LOVE 'em.The Blue is especially cool, not harsh at all.It adds a beautiful glassy "sheen" to my amp when combined with the Silver but without being brittle at all (I no longer fear my amps treble knob:).The silver is warm/full sounding & doesn't "fart out" on the low end like my previous speakers, both have a very nice break up to them.I'm quite impressed & will definitely recommend these to others.Thanx again for the service & quality (& for breaking them in for me too!).You just made my amp significantly better. --Tony

(Ceramic Silver Bell 50 watt light dope in 6g6 Bassman head with '62 2x12 cab) Straight out of the box these gems lit my amp up! And they get better and better. How can a speaker be so articulated and yet so warm? There is no downside for me with this setup. This is the perfect pairing of American and British tones for me. I also have used the cab with a modified Ampeg b-25 and a highly modded Traynor yba 1a mk II. Soon my Weber Java will join the fold! -- Steve Callaghan
